Key Factors
Early success in school propelled me to seek additional validation as a runner, with high points in high school including 2-mile league track championship races as a sophomore and junior and county cross country championship race as a senior, and high point in college a sub-5-minute 10K track race as a senior.
injuries and allergies pointed me to veganism, to bodywork as a profession and in recent years to steady, varied workouts of light weightlifting, swimming, cycling, and runs on an anti-gravity treadmill. Joy in singing guided me to voice lessons and to performing with the 300-voice New York City Gay Men’s Chorus and as a solo cabaret artist. I also sing for clients upon request.
