Key Factors

Early success in school propelled me to seek additional validation as a runner. Various injuries and allergies pointed me to veganism, to bodywork as a profession and to steady, varied workouts of light weightlifting, swimming and runs of 3-10 miles, with a few 5K and 10K races. Joy in singing guided me to continuing voice lessons and to performing with the 300-voice New York City Gay Men’s Chorus and as a solo cabaret artist. I also sing for clients upon request.
